We are always looking for good developers. What you need to do is simple, convince us that you are a good one.
Show us the application/software that you have written in the past. Show us your open source projects. Show us demo projects that you are working on, what’s the idea behind it, etc.
If you are a new graduate, show us your final projects or spend a week to write demo applications that demonstrate your ability.
If all your software is behind corporate firewall in your job, write an essay about the great architecture/programming decision you made/saw in your professional development work.
So show us.
