What's new in C# 12: overview

Although at first glance the list of features doesn't seem huge (especially if we compare it with previous releases), I'm interested in almost all of them, even if sometimes I have some concerns 😃. To be honest, I haven't realized all the changes of the last years, and thoughtfully applied them in real-life circumstances. What do you think about previous updates?
