SilverKey partnered with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to design a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that facilitates the management and delivery of capacity-building programs across various governmental entities. The LMS supports diverse users, including administrators, project managers, digital transformation units (DTUs), and employees, offering seamless workflows, collaboration tools, and robust reporting capabilities.

 

Key Features and Modules

1. Training Management Module

  • Create, manage, and assign courses and related groups.

  • Organize sessions with scheduling, attendance tracking, and material uploads.

  • Enable entities to assign employees to specific courses.

2. Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate detailed reports on training participation, completion rates, and performance.

  • Access real-time data for decision-making and strategic planning.

3. Community and Forum Module

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration through topic-based discussions and Q&A forums.

  • Engage instructors and trainees with notifications and threaded discussions.
